Terms of Service & EULA
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") and End User License Agreement carefully before downloading, installing, or purchasing a license for VeloFlux Pro ("Software"). By using the Software or our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Software License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, VeloFlux grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and execute the Software on personal computers that you own or control.
- Free Tier: Permitted for personal, non-commercial use with resolutions up to 1080p.
- Annual PRO: Allows 1 user to activate the PRO features on up to three (3) personal devices concurrently. Includes 1 year of software updates.
- Lifetime PRO: Grants perpetual access to PRO features on up to five (5) personal devices concurrently, including all future major versions.
2. Permitted Use & Intellectual Property
VeloFlux is an archival utility tool designed to help users record, transcode, and backup digital media for personal, offline, fair-use, and educational purposes. You agree to use the Software solely in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including copyright and intellectual property rights.
You may not:
- Distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense your PRO license keys to third parties.
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the license validation subsystem.
- Use the Software to download or distribute copyrighted content without authorization from the relevant copyright holder.
3. Merchant of Record (Paddle)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing, currency conversion, taxes, invoices, customer service inquiries, and refunds.
4. Billing, Subscriptions, and Cancellation
For recurring subscription plans (Monthly and Annual):
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty through the self-serve link in your Paddle receipt email or by contacting support.
- Upon cancellation, PRO features remain active until the conclusion of the paid billing period.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY OF THIRD-PARTY STREAMING PLATFORMS, AS EXTERNAL PLATFORMS MAY ALTER THEIR APIS AT ANY TIME.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL VELOFLUX, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
7. Third-Party Trademarks
All third-party trademarks, product names, logos, and brands referenced on our website or within the application are property of their respective owners. VeloFlux is an independent format conversion and archival utility software and is not affiliated, associated, or endorsed by any external media provider.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to commercial software sales, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
